Organisational vice-chair

The organisational vice-chair is elected into a paid position. This is a 19.18% position (7.2 h/week) paid under the state’s pay grade 25. The position follows regular days off and holidays, in addition to five weeks of vacation.

Overtime is compensated for with lieu days in consultation with the Executive Committee.

Area of responsibility

The organisational vice-chair has the responsibility of preparation and follow-up of the fixed annual cycle.

The organisational vice-chair has the responsibility of updating social media and the website of the Welfare Council.

The organisational vice-chair has the responsibility of purchasing informational and profiling material.

The organisational vice-chair will, together with political vice-chair, make sure the Welfare Council is promoted on stands at the affiliated institutions.

The organisational vice-chair will make media strategies for the term of office.

The organisational vice-chair has the responsibility of preparation and execution of campaigns on behalf of the Welfare Council. 

The organisational vice-chair has the responsibility for culture, as well as transportation together with the political vice-chair.

The organisational vice-chair will follow up their responsibilities affiliated with the action plan given by the Welfare Council and distributed by the Executive Committee in the work plan.
